How do I create an event?
Creating an event is simple and free! Click 'Create your event' and fill in your event details - name, date, and customize your page. Your QR code will be ready instantly.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup takes just 2 minutes. Enter your event information, customize your page if desired, and your QR code is ready to use immediately.
Do I need to pay to create an event?
No! Creating your event is completely free. You only need to choose a package when you're ready to start collecting photos and videos.
Can I customize my event page?
Yes! You can customize your event page with your own images, choose between different layout options, and add your branding to make it uniquely yours.
For Guests
Do guests need to download an app?
No! Guests don't need to download anything. They simply scan the QR code with their phone's built-in camera and upload photos directly from their browser.
Do guests need to create an account?
No account creation is required. Guests can scan and upload photos immediately without any sign-up process.
What devices can guests use?
Any device with a camera and internet connection works - iPhone, Android, tablet, or any smartphone. The QR code works on all modern devices.
How do guests upload photos?
Guests scan the QR code, select photos from their phone gallery, and tap upload. It's that simple - no complicated steps required.
Photos & Videos
What type of quality can I expect from photos and videos?
Photos are uploaded in their original, full resolution. There's no compression, so you get the exact quality your guests captured.
Can guests upload videos?
Yes! Depending on your plan, guests can upload videos along with photos. Check our pricing page for video limits for each package.
Can I download all photos at once?
Yes! You can download individual photos or download the entire gallery in one go. All downloads are in full, uncompressed resolution.
Pricing & Plans
How much does it cost?
Creating an event is free. When you're ready to collect photos, choose from our Photos (£15) or Photos & Videos (£25) plans.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan's photo or video limits, you'll be notified and can upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing content will be preserved.
Technical
How do I share my QR code?
You can print your QR code and display it at your event, or share the link digitally via email, text message, or social media. Both methods work perfectly.
Can I see photos as they're uploaded?
Yes! Your gallery updates in real-time. You can view photos as soon as guests upload them, from any device.
How long are photos stored?
Photos are stored securely and remain accessible as long as your account is active. You can download them anytime.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All photos are encrypted and stored securely. We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
